This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the Zeprin mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “the App”), a professional grid cropping tool designed for image segmentation and export. This document objectively clarifies how we collect, utilize, store and safeguard user data during your use of the App’s image processing services. This policy shall be legally binding on all eligible end users.
By launching the App, uploading images and using any built-in cropping functions, you certify that you have read, understood, and agreed to every term stipulated in this Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Zeprin is intended solely for use by individuals who have attained the age of eighteen (18) or older and possess full legal capacity in their respective jurisdictions.
Access and usage of this App by minors under 18 is strictly and universally prohibited. We do not knowingly gather data from any minor group. We reserve the right to restrict access, erase user processing records and cached image data, and permanently block devices that are confirmed to be operated by minors without prior notification.
Legal guardians who discover unauthorized minor access to Zeprin may submit removal requests via our official support email, and our team will resolve relevant issues within two business days.
2. Service Overview
The core service of Zeprin focuses on static image processing. Registered or casual users can upload local pictures to the App, customize grid segmentation parameters, complete automatic grid cutting, preview segmented images, and export processed files to local mobile devices. All core image cropping functions are developed for daily personal non-commercial use.
3. Data Scope & Collection Rules
To deliver stable and efficient grid cutting services, our App only collects two categories of data resources. We never collect sensitive personal data including but not limited to geographic location, contact information, identity credentials and payment data under any circumstances.
3.1 User Uploaded Image Files
Refers to all original pictures uploaded by users and segmented grid images generated after cropping processing. These files are user-generated content, which are only invoked to execute the image cutting tasks initiated by users.
3.2 Non-Identifiable Usage Data
Anonymous runtime data automatically collected by the system, including function usage frequency, service exception logs, App startup records and simplified device attribute tags. Such data cannot be used to identify any individual user and will not be associated with user uploaded images.
4. Data Processing Purpose
All collected data shall only be applied to the following legitimate and direct service scenarios, and no data shall be reused for irrelevant commercial activities without explicit user authorization:
• Image Processing Execution: Receive user uploaded images, complete grid splitting, preview rendering and local file export according to user parameter settings;
• Application Maintenance: Analyze anonymous usage data to fix runtime errors, optimize image processing algorithms, accelerate file loading and exporting speed;
• User Support: Respond to technical consultation, functional feedback and service complaints submitted by users through the designated email address.
5. Data Storage & Cleanup Mechanism
5.1 Storage Mode
All uploaded original images and processed grid pictures are stored locally on the user’s mobile device by default. Zeprin does not set mandatory cloud synchronization functions. Users independently control all image files and have the right to manage, modify or delete files at any time.
5.2 Storage Duration
User image files will be reserved on the user’s terminal until users manually delete them or uninstall the App. Anonymous runtime data stored on our encrypted cloud server will be automatically purged within 30 calendar days after collection.
5.3 Data Security
The App adopts local sandbox isolation technology to isolate user image resources from third-party applications, preventing unauthorized crawling and illegal access. Cloud-side anonymous data is protected by end-to-end encryption and restricted access permissions.
6. Third-Party Data Disclosure
We strictly abide by data confidentiality obligations. We will never sell, rent, trade or authorize third parties to obtain user image files and private usage data for commercial gains. Data disclosure is only allowed under the following limited conditions:
1. Written or electronic authorization is actively granted by the user;
2. Disclosure is required to comply with enforceable laws, statutory orders and official regulatory requirements;
3. Disclosure is necessary to eliminate network security hazards and protect the legitimate interests of the platform and adult users.
7. User Rights & Responsibilities
7.1 Basic User Rights
Eligible adult users have the right to access, preview, delete all local image files in the App; refuse the collection of anonymous runtime data via device permissions; and consult our complete data processing rules through the official email.
7.2 User Core Responsibilities
Users shall guarantee that all uploaded images have legal usage rights. It is forbidden to upload pornographic, violent, infringing, illegal and inappropriate content. Users shall bear all corresponding legal liabilities for violations caused by illegal uploaded content.
8. Policy Updates & Communication
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy to adapt to function upgrades and legal revisions. Any updated clause will take effect immediately after being displayed inside the App with the renewed effective date. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
